Join us for a fun ladies only EMTB social ride at Bayview trails with optional social lunch before hand at 1pm at The Grove Kitchen & Bar.

There will be enough time to digest our delicious lunch before we ride. We need to know cafe numbers by Wednesday on the week of the ride to secure a table booking.

We will be meeting at the main entry and day use area car park at Bayview located at 487-503 German Church Road. Toilets are at this location. This ride is suitable for all levels as long as you can safely control your EMTB on a variety of normal trail conditions.

Ride at your own pace.We will support each other. We go with the flow on what trails the group wants to go on. No pressure ride.Wear appropriate MTB shoes and protective gear and bring plenty of water.
